1. How do I be a reseller and enjoy the drop shipping service?

Firstly you must register an account with us. Registration fee is RM20.00 per annum. We only sell to resellers and wholesalers. We do not sell direct to retail customers.

2. Is there a minimum purchase quantity I must buy?

The minimum quantity for Wholesale purchase is 15 pieces per order to entitle for the Wholesale Price.

There is no minimum quantity per order for Dropship Price but you must be a Reseller to be qualify for this service.


3. What is Minimum Retail Price (MRP)?

All resellers are advice to sell our products not lower than our MRP to avoid their account being suspended. This is also to ensure all resellers are able to make a reasonable percentage of profit from selling our products. However, resellers can choose to sell at a price higher than our MRP.

4. Can I sell below the Minimum Retail Price (MRP)?

No you can't. We will suspend your account we need to 
ensure all resellers are able to make a reasonable percentage of profit from selling our products.

5. What is Wholesale Price?

Wholesale Price is applicable for purchases of minimum 15 pieces per order of mix designs and colours and ship directly to Reseller or self-collect by Reseller. The price quoted does not include shipping/delivery/handling charges.

6. What is Dropship Price?

Dropship Price is applicable for purchases made by Resellers to be ship directly to their respective customer. In this case, Resellers do not hold any inventory. DressLAB will hold all inventory and deal with Poslaju to send the goods sold by Resellers to their customer. The price quoted does not include shipping/delivery/handling charges.

7. What is drop shipping service?





Drop Shipping service is whereby DressLAB will hold all the inventories on behalf of the Resellers. The Resellers only need to concentrate on selling our products. Once an order made by the Resellers (on behalf of their customers), the order will be process and confirmed by DressLAB. DressLAB will ship out the reseller's customer order directly to the reseller's customer once payment received. This service will benefit the reseller in terms of stock keeping and logistic problems that is often faced by reseller. All shipping cost will be borned by the reseller or the reseller's customer. DressLAB will only ship out the goods upon receiving full payment for the goods and shipping cost. 

8. Do you do meetups or cash on delivery?

No, we don't. We operate purely online. This is to ensure we operate on very low costs so that customers can enjoy low prices.

9. Do you offer exchanges or refund if the item received is defective or wrong?

Yes, we do. Please take pictures of the defects and email to us with the details of the defects (e.g missing item, defects, wrong item received, missing accessories). Once we approved, we will inform you of the exchange procedure. Please note we only accept exchange and not refund in monetary term.

10. Why do the items run out of stock so quickly? I would like to sell to my customers on demand by accepting their orders first before ordering from DressLAB.

We sometimes have limited stocks especially for popular items. Hence it is advisable to wait for our order confirmation first. This will prevent customer dissatisfaction later on if stocks are not available.

11. Can I self-collect so that I can save postage fees?

Yes, you can for Wholesale Order only. After you paid and your order processed, you will receive an email from us informing you to self-collect. Collections times are Monday to Friday between 12:00pm and 4:00pm at our warehouse (30A (1st FLR) Lorong Meranti, Off Jalan Kenanga, 52200 Kuala Lumpur). Drop Shipping Order cannot be self-collect. We do not entertain retail customers.

12. Are your stocks definitely available?

All designs published are with ready stocks and availability is subject to first-come-first-serve policy on while stock last basis. As long as you received a order confirmation email from us, we will hold your order for 2 days for you to make payment to us. After the 2 days period and no payment has been made to DressLAB, we will cancel the order. Confirmed & paid orders cannot be amended.

13. Will the items look exactly as in the pictures ?

All pictures are taken with the actual stocks (unless otherwise stated). Actual stocks may differ slightly from pictures due to lighting, monitor configuration and resolution. 90% of the items will look like the the actual picture but the rest may have slight colour differences or designs differences hence we will not offer exchanges for these differences.

14. What are preorder items (indicated in the PRE-ORDER tab)?

Preorder items are stocks which we ordered from manufacturer and their quantities confirmed. They are not in our warehouse yet but are on their way to our warehouse. Customers can order them before they arrive. If you view the product info, you will also see their estimated delivery date. Items without the 'preorder' icon are in-stock and can be shipped out immediately from our warehouse.

15. Do you have a office telephone number so that I can call?

We don't provide telephone support but you can make enquiries by emails and we will usually get back to you within 24 hours. In this way, we can lower our operation costs so the savings will be passed on to our customers.

16. How long will I have to wait after paying for the order?

It will take us 1 to 3 business days to process your order and depending on your selected mode of delivery, courier will take another 1 to 2 business days and normal PosMalaysia Delivery will take an average of 3 to 5 business days.

17. How long do I need to wait for the packages to be delivered to me?

Delivery of your order will depend on what you buy:-
1. Ready Stock items only. We will send out an order with only Ready Stock items within 3 working days.
2. Ready Stock + Preorder items. We will send your package ONLY when ALL the preorder items arrive. The arrival date is indicated in the preorder item listing.

Please take note that we reserve the right to send out your packages in whichever way suitable and refund excess postage payment back to you.
